From May 16-19 all eyes will be on Stockholm and the 3rd Nobel Laureate Symposium on Global Sustainability. Nobel Laureates and other scientists  from around the world will produce a joint memorandum that will be submitted to the UN high-level panel on Global Sustainability. The Postcode Lottery's vision to contribute to improved living conditions for human beings and animals and to a better environment goes beyond the traditional ways of raising and donating money to charitable causes, with the belief that it is also possible for art and culture to contribute to a better world. Mattias Klum will be on a panel, joined by Jan Eliasson (Swedish diplomat), Suzanne Osten (theatre director), Johan Rockström (Stockholm Resilience Centre) and Björn Wiman (head of the cultural department Dagens Nyheter) to discuss what role art and culture can play to make the message in this proclamation reach the widest possible audience.
